Refund policy

  1. Limited Replacement Warranty: Campeão will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 21 days of receipt of items that are faulty or defective
  2. FAULTY / WRONG PRODUCT RETURN: If you have received merchandise that is incorrect or defective please contact the Campeão Customer Service Team upon receipt by emailing Hello@CampeaoGear.com

          Please include the order number, name, and image of the issue if item is faulty.

  1. REFUNDS AND RETURNS:  New merchandise, that has not been washed, worn, altered, or soiled and is still suitable for resale, may be returned within 21 days of purchase. Pending inspection, an exchange, refund or credit in the original form of payment, excluding shipping, will be issued. After 30 days products will not be accepted for return or exchange. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. No returns are allowed on custom or clearance items. All Returns and exchanges may include an exchange fee or restocking fee.  Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. EXCLUDED ITEMS: 1) Items purchased from a retailer other than www.CampeaoGear.com please contact the original seller for their returns/refund information 2) Clearance, Mystery, or Final Sales Items.
  1. SHIPPING FOR DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  2. SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs as well as any duties or taxes due for the items.
  3. REFUNDS: Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Campeao to process your warranty claim within 14 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: A) refund to your payment method B) a refund in store credit C) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
  4. RESTOCKING FEE: Potential restocking fees may apply if item are returned in poor condition. (i.e., the item appears dirty, cigarette smoke or detergent odor, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc.)  Minimum restocking fee is $20 or more depending on the quality of the returned item.
